What is the step-by-step process for correcting mileage in GCSS-Army when clerks are trying to close out dispatches?

Trying to find a resolution to this problem in EUM+ has been difficult and none of those I work around don't know the answer. Can anyone share the step-by-step process on how to correct the mileage for closing dispatches so the 5988s can reflect and the vehicle's odometer?

Highlight the equipment
Click "usage" not usage report
Double click left side box for the incorrect reading
Type "wrong usage entered" or something similar into text box mid page
Click "measurement document" in very top left of tool bar
Highlight functions, reversal indicator, set
Then click save icon
