Has anyone received their orders from FEDREC scroll P98-23?

Scroll P98-23 published on the 23rd and as many have said on here, you should receive orders in your IPERMS within two days or so. I get it was a holiday weekend so things might be delayed but has anyone else on this scroll received their stuff? Thanks for your help!

I have heard that a Senator is blocking O promotions over pregnancy issues. Does scroll publication indicate Senate confirmation?

I’m not sure. My status went to “published” so I would assume that means everything is already signed.
