MAJ (Join to see) exactly…check the regs (NGR 600-100) as it provides clear guidance on your effective date and how things are supposed to be done. There appears to have been an unofficial policy change with IPPS-As most recent update and now States are waiting until you get your FEDREC before posting your State Orders, it appears to be an attempt to artificially decrease the time between when your State Orders post and when your FEDREC catches up, negating any claims of “My State Orders showed up a year before my FEDREC” or something to that effect.

I was on this scroll and it says Published: SO# 249; 2023-08-03 in the G1 portal. How long did it take for your order to hit IPERMS?

CPT (Join to see) State Orders hit on 7 AUG 23. Federal Recognition has not been uploaded. Email your Admin Section responsible for submitting your promotion packet, your FEDREC was sent to them which is why they published your State Orders.

Still stuck "At NGB; List ID P28-23; 0 Days in DoD Approval Cycle"... Anyone been keeping track of how many days it has been there? I'm thinking at least 45 days.

I'm on the same scroll. Last update I got from my state was that I was put on the scroll 7 May.

May 11 is when I noticed the tracker updated. So far at least 81 days with no update.
