What has been your experience with (SGB) Stellate Ganglion Block in the treatment of PTSD?

I have heard very positive things about SGB from some close personal friends. The thing that needs to be considered though, is that it's just a temporary solution; the PTSD itself will need to be addressed at some point through a multitude of therapy / treatment options.

I doubt it to be useful as a clinical intervention for complex PTSD. We are far more complex than our biology.
