What type of schools go in block 22 on the DA Form 61, OCS application?

An example I found states you would put the highest Army PME/NCOES course in that box. BLC, ALC, etc.

What you are looking for should be shown on your ERB in Section VI - Military Education. This is the section of your Service (military) schools attended, It will show your highest Military Education Level (MEL) and Military Education Status (MES). It is ideal that what you put in block 22 of your OCS application also appears on your ERB.
