I am currently an active duty warrant office who is looking to pursue a conditional release prior to ADSO completion in order to pursue an AGR assignment. Beyond the DD368, I’m can’t seem to find an answer on what additional paperwork I need for the process.

DoD Instruction 1300.04 (Inter-Service and Inter-Component Transfers of Service Members)* is the Department-wide guidance on component transfers.

For Inter-Component transfers in the Army, the process to follow is in AR 600-8-24 (Officer Transfers and Discharges).
