How can I access the Captains Career Course Common Core material after completing the course in ALMS and receiving the diploma?

Have you tried the ArmyUniversity (https://armyuniversity.edu/)?
I haven't visited it in a few years, but they would replicate all the PME course content there (past and current).

I've found some good information on Army University. However, it looks like you need need to go through ATRRS registration to get access to the course.

CPT (Join to see) - That's my finding as well. Once you are out of the course you lose access. Additionally, the common core stuff is really mostly (when I did it) on-line training and click as you go. So if you want to keep it, you need to screen shot it and drop it into PowerPoint as you go.

You have to pull it down as you go. I am not aware of a single repository, and I presume the content changes frequently. I also advise the same for your Branch specific material as well.
