Like so many others, im playing the waiting game for the SFC BOARD RESULTS. This is my first look in the secondary zone and all is telling me it is unlikely I will get picked up. I find this perturbing since some of my duties both primary and additional in the past three years have been BN Master Resilience Trainer, BN Victim Advocate, BN Master Fitness Trainer, BN EOL, BN Combatives Instructor, Battery Commo NCOIC, Instructor, and Drill Sergeant. All of those duties were followed by 1-1 ncoers. It is even more irritating since there were "0" 25u selected to the MSG this a couple of months ago. I need at least a seq num to get out of my current position "25u30"....so are all the " naysayers " accurate when they say I more than likely won't get picked up?

Don't listen to the nay-sayers...they're just trying to bring/keep you down.

Exactly. Then when you get picked up and they don't it is YOU who becomes the outcast. Haters gotta hate.

Had something like that happen early in my military career.  Somebody suggested I take the "f---k em" attitude.  I did.  It worked.  Nuff said  Haters are gonna hate and I refuse to let that happen to me.

Those are some really outstanding credentials you have! I would say don't worry about what everyone is telling you. The trend in promotions in your MOS should give you an idea of the possibility, but it's all depending on the available slots in your MOS. Good luck brother!

Brother, I am in the same boat as you and have very similar qualifications. My take on the situation is no one knows who got selected but God and the SGTMAJ's on the board. So I wouldn't sweat what other people have to say good or bad we will both find out when they decide to release the results. Good luck.
