Remember that the men on that board puts their pants on the way every other man does. Feet first. they are just men and have been where you are. So before answering. Think, Breathe and answer with confidence.

Find someone who attended the last board. Look at the last few MOIs and approach those board members for their input. Find your SAMC NCO and get some mentorship.

Take the prep seriously. It's not a memorizing test, learn the answers and be ready to answer the questions in your own words not just quote the manual.
