How are states working through uncertain budget climates and still delivering support to Federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies? Are all states significantly scaling back support due to lack of funds?

Since Kiowas are being retired and Lakotas are being scaled back, it sounds like they're going to have a tough time unless they start using Hawks, Chinooks, and Apaches.. and I'm sure the general public will love seeing Apaches used for interdiction.
