Over the years I have been drawn to Transformational leaders more so than Transactional leaders. I aspire every day to try and inspire Airmen everyday to be their best, and take pride in what they do. I love this video. It goes in-line with the AF video I shared in a previous thread.

I have always tried to be an effective leader - someone who could go get the job done with the resources at hand - and more than that, to make other effective leaders from those resources.

I want to inspire. I want people to say he was a good role model and led from the front. Wasn't afraid to work, first in last out.

I aspire to be the kind of leader where, when one of my Soldiers is standing off to the side and when someone asks them who I am, they respond (with a big smile) with "Thats MY SSG."
