Will I have re-enlistment options if I am just short of 10 years in service when my re-enlistment window opens?

I am a E-6 with 9 years and some change in service, my re-enlistment window is opening soon will I be considered a careerist and NOT have any re-enlistment options? Or will I be able to have options since I will be short of 10 years in service?

It all comes down to what your current ETS date is.
If you have 1 day less than 10 years of AFS at your current ETS, then you're still a mid-career Soldier (DA PAM 601-280*, Table 2-3, note 1).
