Where does "Awaiting HQDA Approval" fall within the FEDREC approval process?

Sounds like you're on track. Awaiting HQDA Approval is after it's gone through the NGB staffing process, has been scrolled and is now going through the HQDA wickets before being send to OSD.

I believe this is Step #2 in the process. It cleared your State, now HQDA needs to approve, then DoD Approval then Publication. That is, of course, if I am understanding the process in its simplest layout.

Are you on the D05-25 scroll? It sounds like your dates line up pretty closely with mine. It says 111 days in the approval cycle for me.
