RCMS: As of 2026-FEB-03 is anyone else having trouble getting into RCMS via AVD?

I can get into AVD Arizona and Virginia and I can get into my Mil Mail, and iPerms, IPSSA, ect, but I keep getting RUN TIME error for RCMS Self Service.
I need to complete a retention contract with an upload and now the thing doesn't work. Typical.............

Yes, I already did that. We'll see how it goes. I didn't actually "call" yet. That's for tomorrow. All I have to do is upload a validation memo and I get $10K. Ironically......... if I got BZ for MAJ I wouldn't be eligible for the $10K.
