I think the real "insider threat" is the politicians and officials who think that we have to keep buying weapons and systems that are outdated and unneeded/wanted simply because they are built in their respective states...
That being said, the newest generation of fighter aircraft are proving to be less capable than our 1970s versions. If we continue to purchase these substandard fighters, it will be the biggest case of fraud, waste and abuse in the history of the military.
