The Army defined this in the new Army Leadership reg 600-100 in 2007; I'm just curious really why it seems that the NCOES and other formations where leaders stand do not address this, or do they? I went through ANCOC in early 2009 and heard nothing of it, and my instructor could not tell me anything on it either, as he looked at me like I was crazy.
