I Have some questions, please respond in email form as well if you get the chance to. I am currently the training developer here at CASCOM looking at the current course materials. We have been notified from the field that there are deficiencies or lack of training in certain areas that has created a need for this to be looked at. Turret level training.
Questions I have are?
1. AIT students are they displaying the basic knowledge on turret related checks ?
2. Are the AIT grads able to perform the basic troubleshooting of electrical and hydraulic systems.

3. What are some areas that you see that needs to be addressed or improved upon?

1. Are you receiving the proper maintenance management courses to keep you ahead or informed in the day to day operations?

2. Who has been to the maintenance managers courses on your installations?

3. If you are in the position to have to take on the role of the Motor Sergeant do you have the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively do your job.
