So today was going to be my first jump in twelve years, instead it turned into my first scratch as I stood patiently waiting for the door to open, only to see it was broke.

I've lost count, but I have learned they do not let you jump from a C130 if not all the propellers are turning. And C17 pilots really suck at flying without the onboard computer.

Two. One in Airborne School when a student died, and what was supposed to be my sixth jump was cancelled due to high winds.
