Have you heard that Private Public Partnership (P3) increases individual readiness through physical and social activity?

“What I like about [Team Red, White & Blue], it allows a person to invest in themselves, which makes for a more effective employee in the private sector and definitely a more effective Soldier for the Army Reserve,” Lt. Gen. Jeffrey Talley, Chief of the Army Reserve

COL Mikel J. Burroughs, I'm a member of Team RWB and not just for the exercise either. This program and their members are doing a great amount for past, present and future service members, the community and their family.

No I had not heard that COL Mikel J. Burroughs. To be honest I would not expect Private Public Partnership to increase individual readiness; however, I would expect it to increase government readiness in terms of the areas where it has been focused.
The above is my general comments private Public Partnerships. The particular program you are highlighting may well increase the readiness of the USAR soldiers that are directly affected by it.
