The average person checks their phone 110 to 150 times a day and receives an average of 110 real emails a day (not including spam!). We have more things to do than ever and where technology was supposed to make life easier, in some ways it has made it harder.

Great tips. And they really help. Time management is a super useful approach actually. You can do a lot if you allocate your time correctly. I learned it a hard way myself when I was writing an essay on the topic with the help of a resource https://samploon.com/free-essays/time-management/ with essays. If you count every hour - you may do more in 24 hours than many others.

Make a list of everything you have to do.

Label each task with 1 for high priority (today), 
2 for things that can wait a day or two, and 3 for those that can wait.

Hit the ones marked with one hot and heavy in the morning. 

If you. Cannot finish the ones marked with a 2, at least you have accomplished the priority ones, putting you in the top of the producers.
