Can anyone help me compare template websites to fully developed websites?

I am having some issues having our website presence for a real estate company be represented by a template service. I would prefer our site to be made not leased. Any expert advice is welcomed!

I recommend that you broaden your tags to Business Development Sgt Joshua Ray. There is a topic group and a company group on RallyPoint. I would expect somebody on one of those groups may have already gone through the process that you are focused on.
