Check on learning Army 2020

Just curious on the way ahead thinking of the RallyPoint
Audience and the understanding going forward of how the Army is looking to transition
and do a paradigm shift of the Cold War era; to the COIN/Modulator; to the
projected Regional Aligned Global Reaction Force (GRF)? Additionally has any
mention got out about IDO or being expeditionary?

We went through this 20 years ago and as the Army went down in size we tried to upgrade in technology. I see us doing the same thing now except there is no budget for modernization.
