It is going to depend heavily on the state.
One of the new initiatives recently is the Cyber Defense Teams in the National Guard. It is a multi-state partnership that works in Cyber Defense (I don't know the particulars).
I would get in contact with whatever state you are looking to move to and check out their National Guard capabilities in regards to Cyber (and full time opportunities as well). Specifically, if they have an FA-53A, they may be able to help provide insight and guidance.
Hope this helps.

Thank you for the information. Anything helps I've been looking around for options of changing units and re classing into the 25B.

I'm currently in the process of going from ARNG to USAR. I am also a signal Soldier (25B and 25A). For me it was easy because the guard doesn't have the branch I am reclassing to for CCC. That said there are pros and cons to both. It depends a lot on your state. I have been in the TN and OK ARNG and they both operate very differently. I would suggest doing some recon. Meet potential units, see what feels like a better fit.
