6 or 7 out of ten. My ego has been known to cause me to blurt things out without waiting for proper timing or tact.

I would like to think I have the majority of those qualities. I have been guilty of being satisfied with the way things are, so I wouldn't say I necessarily have that quality.
Also as LTJG James Jones said, I too have been guilty of blurting things out without using tact or without thinking about it first, so I know I'm lacking that quality. However, I'm okay with that, LOL.

LT, that's called "No brain to mouth filter!" I've been guilty of that many times myself, and I'm sure it contributed to my not making Chief! :)
