LT, that's called "No brain to mouth filter!" I've been guilty of that many times myself, and I'm sure it contributed to my not making Chief! :)

I would like to think I have the majority of those qualities. I have been guilty of being satisfied with the way things are, so I wouldn't say I necessarily have that quality.
Also as LCDR (Join to see) said, I too have been guilty of blurting things out without using tact or without thinking about it first, so I know I'm lacking that quality. However, I'm okay with that, LOL.
