A married couple spends 19 years together and then, suddenly the wheels come off and the marriage ends. Whose fault is it?

The lady complains before a judge that her marriage was a life of compromises and the man tells the judge that his wife was just a money-hungry home-wrecker.
The judge noted that both were working professionals; one more prosperous than the other. There is one child through wedlock and wedlock was through mutual consent.
Fast-forward to present. The man is heartbroken and his family is poor, even after earning $50M p.a., because the lady has been awarded 50% of the man's earnings.
The lady has found a new love eight to 10 years her junior and she has opened up before the tabloids claiming the young generation is more appealing in bed. The lady is 40 y.o and the boy is between 30-32 y.o. The tabloids have labeled the lady a "cradle rocker".

These are all Bollywood stars; the man is an actor, producer and director on both large screens & small. He does many reality shows and is well-reputed in the industry. The lady is a unsuccessful actress, who has done mostly item numbers in movies and a few reality shows. However, at 40, the industry doesn't seek her anymore for item songs or even dances, and reality shows are not big deals either.
Our judgment doesn't matter, because the Court has already ruled; however, many opposed the judgment because it only favors the lady.

how do you expect anyone to answer a question like that? What kind of responses are you looking for? No outsider could possibly determine what either side was thinking over the course of a 19 year marriage based on your summary. And what's with referring to a 30 year old male as a boy?
