A new Quartermaster General and Commandant

For my fellow Quartermasters, we have a new Quartermaster General and Commandant. COL Ronald Kirklin took over duties as the QM Commandant on 9 June 2014 from BG O'Neill.

No problem. Definitely important for each one of us to know who is our Regimental Chief and CSM.
