ACCP- Skillport class Issues, how do I get it on my ERB?

I've done some Skillport classes but doesn't seem like any of the hours are getting on to my ERB. Maybe some could explain why?

SPC Alex Davis, all of the courses that you compete through Army e-Learning (Skillport) will show up on your ATRRS transcripts (AKO my Training). Use that as a source document to show your hours if needed.
Follow the recommendation from SMSgt Minister Gerald A. Thomas and see your S1/PAC section.
From personal experience, systems interface are not always perfect. Sometimes items will magically disappear of a record brief. For that keep an eye on your ERB every 6 months. Always have a hard copy just in case.

Have you finished the entire class for that section? For example, a Microsoft Word class might have 6 sub-classes. If you don't finish all 6, you won't get credit on your ERB until you do.

I haven't dug into those types yet, I've done the one hour course ware types. Now maybe what you're saying is true... So say I select Business Etiquette...and if drops down like 5 different links, aren't those all worth an hour a piece or is that what you mean by finish all the sub courses?

If there are 5 classes under Business Etiquette, then you must complete all 5 to get any credit. Let me see if I can find the policy that explains it better than I can.

I can't seem to find it right now but I will continue to look. Basically, if each of those 5 links are worth an hour, then when you complete all 5 you will get 5 hours added to your ERB automatically after a few days.
