Check yourself and your Soldiers...I check records nearly everyday and I STILL see the improper wear of the most basic of items.
SPREAD THE WORD! This is EASY-TO-UNDERSTAND guidance.
Note: If you don't want to 'Vote Up' to make this 'Trending', at least steal the picture and spread it throughout the internet...extend your influence beyond your chain of command.

When in doubt always refer to AR 670-1 an DA Pam 670-1. Nothing embarrasses you more that finding a "reference" that is incorrect. Just saying. I enjoy these types of references; however, I always refer back to the publications if something new shows that I have not seen before. This way, when the Sergeants Major asks, I can enlighten them with more information about it. I know publications are boring and difficult a times but knowledge i power. Thanks fo posting the reference and thanks for reading.

I did not say any of the reference was/is incorrect. Simply that if there is something new that you did not know, research it. There are a few people responding that do not know of instructor badges or retiree badges. When new informatin presents its self, sieze the moment to learn more.

How bout we crack down on the wear of USMC combat patches throughout the Army? Lot more of those than ASU badge issues.

Awesome! I have that instructor badge and put it on the left side, across from my Ds badge

What is cool about this is AR 670-1 has examples with pictures. (So easy a caveman can do it)

I've been in for 27 years, and I still reference 670-1 when I'm putting my ASU together. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him think.

SGM Quick,
FYI, when I copied the picture it cuts off parts of the picture. Thank you for posting this.
