AFRC DirtBoyz!! I need your help for the upcoming 3E2 Specialty Training Requirements Team Workshop

This is YOUR opportunity to shape the way we train all of our 3E2s from tech-training all the way through their careers. It will be you that bring ideas to the table based on what the field requires from the life-cycle training plan that will be developed at the 3E2 Specialty Requirement Team (STRT)Workshop in September.

If interested please inbox me ( [login to see] .mil) and I will send the "strawman" out to your email address. In the strawman, you will identify core tasks. Place an asterisk under either the 5 or 7 level column for items which you believe should be a core task. Remember, core tasks are the essence of the career field, things we consider "most" important and that require standardized training. These tasks will be mandated for up-grade-training by everyone, total force, within the AFSC. Each core task will have a corresponding CBT and/or QTP established upon completion of the STRT and U&TW. I will send additional instructions once I receive your email.
