After getting out, is there a chance of receiving backpay for BAH that I was supposed to receive? If so, what is the process?

So I have been out of the Army for about 9 months and I never got my backpay for my BAH that I was suppose to get. I was wandering, since I am already out is there a chance to get it back?

You have been out of the army for 9 months. Were you married during the period you say? There is absolutely no way finance messed up so much to not provide you backpay.
Now to get to your question, unlikely. You would have to provide documentation proving you were supposed to get it during the time you say, but that would require an active account with DFAS and a finance office.
It’s a long shot, but still unlikely. The army isn’t going to give you pay when your out if you didn’t fight for it to begin with.

What makes you certain you were entitled BAH for that time period? Were you in housing, or were you in barracks for those 9 months?
