After reenlisting for Airborne, when can I expect my assignment instructions if my current duty ends this December?

I Reenlisted in early May for Airborne school and have a class date for beginning of 2019. I am attempting to figure out my next assignment, (retention NCO said call branch, Infantry branch said talk to retention branch, they don’t answer the phone/email) so I can plan selling my house. I am getting no solid answers on when I can expect a tentative assignment. I am aware an airborne assignment requires completion of airborne school, but can I not get a pending assignment before then so I can have an idea when I would PCS?

You should have a follow on assignment within 90 from the start date of your airborne training.

SGM (Join to see) ok that sounds pretty reasonable. Everybody just keeps telling me to wait it out and find out eventually, but I’m to proactive for that.

If you pass airborne school just figure your next assignment will be fort Bragg.

That’s the plan/assumption. Just trying to figure out a timeframe so I can keep my family taken care of.
