After transitioning via MEB, what advice do you have on how to make the most of my benefits?

Thumbs up, I just went through this with one of mine and sent him to the VA Rep on post, which is a state employee, not a federal employee. We sat down and he went through the entire process as well as helped him get signed up for a reduced price fishing & hunting license, free admission to all state parks, got him in touch with the Vocational Rehab folks. The Subject matter Expert is the VA Benefits Representative and I'd suggest (in addition to the online resources) talking to the individual that works in/for the state you plan to reside - they are a wealth of knowledge.
