For the AGR to Detailed Recruiting packet, can I do the medical records review and behavioral health eval with the providers in my unit?

The detailed recruiter packet requires medical records review and behavioral health eval from MTF. Can I do this with the providers we have in my unit? Sent RFI up to HRC without a response yet. Thank you!

I assume the "detailed recruiter packet" that you are putting together is to be a Volunteer Recruiter, correct? If so, then the HRC wouldn't be who you would ask the question to for definitive guidance - that would be USAREC*
