How much or how little is the changes to AKO going to affect the veterans or retirees that still have accounts and use them.

2nd part- How much will this affect the veterans and retirees that will no longer have accounts or access to validate or verify for membership on RP?

SSG Burns,

The removal of retiree and veterans accounts from Dec 31, 2013 to Mar 31, 2014, this also includes spouses accounts.
