If an individual is put on ALARACT 147/2013 under wrongfully substantiated information as a recruiter and loses their SDAP pay, and then become reinstated, do they receive back pay? I'm pretty sure they will from my findings in ALARACT 014/2014 but I just wanted some outside discussion, thanks!

SFC (Join to see) I would think so, but there are finance officers getting paid to ensure that they do or do not per regulations.
