Am I eligible to find out who launched an investigation about me on fraternization?

I am being accused of fraternization and they have launched an investigation. I just would like to know if I will know who launched this investigation on me.

You'll find out when the investigation concludes and you are briefed in the results.

You need to speak with the legal defense team on the base and understand your rights.
Under a AR 15-6 investigation, which is a Command lead investigation, you may not know until the end of the process.
OR
It can lead to something that could be UCMJ action.
