Am I the only one noticing the lack of discipline in the Army?

In the past few years we've all seen articles in the news about our service members committing acts that are against good order and discipline.
How did we get to this point?
What can we as leaders do to fix it??

SSG Palmer, I think everyone has seen some degree of discipline issues as of lately. As leaders are you correcting them and teaching Soldiers what right looks like? That is what my former CSM would be asking each time when he talked to NCOs at the NCODPs or just during casual talking. Same went to us when our BN CDR brought this up.
