am married and PCSing to Vilseck as a unaccompanied soldier. What are the Entitlements that I will be receiving?

If you have to live off-post, you will receive Overseas Housing Allowance (OHA), the BAH of overseas, for single, no dependents.
If your dependents are in something stateside that requires BAH, you will also retain that.

an unaccompanied soldier will live in unaccompanied housing on base. You will receive BAH at the location of your spouse and children. Cost of living allowance for unaccompanied living in barracks with 3 dependents (I guessed) is roughly $115 per pay period.

Single soldier going to Vilseck, you'll be in the dorms unless you're an E-7 or higher. You'll get COLA. You can look up the rates yourself on https://www.defensetravel.dod.mil/site/colaCalc.cfm
