American Divorce Trends...who gets what and why?

How will future Gay/Lesbian Divorce court decisions go down?

I'm a bit curious to see the future Divorce Statistics of Male-Male couples and Female-Female couples in terms of who gets half or more of what...and compare it to Male-Female divorces and the same statistics...just in terms of belief that when courts financially rape men by giving so much to divorced women (which I see as admission by the courts that these women can't go earn the same figures on their own) that its just another situation where someone wants the benefits of equality without the responsibilities of that equality.

I would use Michael Jordan having to give his ex 250-Million as my case in point. Because, you know, 25-Million wouldn't somehow be enough for her and her kids to live comfortably...that takes 250-Million (eyeroll).
