Any 12P E5s around?

Looking for information about the MOS, coming from 92Y. Considering a reclass into 12P because it’s been listed on the in/out calls for a few years and doesn’t SEEM like a bad gig. For those that apply, what are some things you wish you knew going in that the army did not prepare you for? And what kind of time do you have to accomplish things like college?
