Any advice on how to stop drinking?

I have found it is most beneficial to be around others who have or are suffering from the same issue. Try Alcoholics Anonymous. ASAP can tell you more about it or where to find meetings. Also another excellent option for you is to self refer yourself to ASAP. 90/90 90 meets with AA for 90 days and then continue to go as you feel you need to. Good luck!!
