Trying to identify this ribbon for someone. Maybe from WWII era. I have searched multiple country awards and can't find it. Seems to incorporate numerous European flag designs. Thanks in advance.

Agree on the incorporation of numerous European flag designs. The nature of the ribbon lends credence that it is a campaign medal, not and individual award for achievement/valor.

There's a pretty extensive database of medals from pre-WWI and other countries at https://www.identifymedals.com/medals-database/

From that same site, it suggests that you can ask for help with medal collectors and historians at the following:

If that doesn't work, try these as well:

subreddit seems to think it is an unofficial inter-allied World War I victory ribbon, or a state/local victory medal ribbon. The one used (upper right corner) to illustrate is very similar in appearance.

I'm fairly familiar with American awards dating back to the Civil War, this doesn't look like anything we issued. Perhaps a foreign award?
