I'm talking about some leafy greens and crunchy carrots. It is pretty hard sometimes to get decent nutrients when at work most of the day. My roommates and I try to get a fresh squeeze in to either start or finish the day.
Current recipe variations:
Handful of kale or a few carrots
Couple of stalks of celery or heads of broccoli
2 apples
1/2 lemon
1/2 thumb of ginger root
1 red bell pepper
Anybody have any good recipes to share? And no whiskey does not count.
