Last I knew the Army was going to phase it out, but I haven't heard anything concrete for several months. I'm out of the proponency job now so I don't have the most up-to-date information anymore. I would contact the NCOs at Office of the Chief, MI (OCMI), and their website can be found on IKN (http://www.ikn.army.mil). Or you can contact the 35P PDNCO and he may be able to give you better information.
