I know schools like Liberty U and WGU provide online programs that can be fully covered by TA, but how about on campus?
Any schools providing in class study can be fully covered by TA too?
I don't want to use my GI Bill at this point.

As long as the school access TA you should be covered. Also, keep in mind that you have a maximum of 16 credits or 4000 caps per year.

TA is a benefit to allow SM's to obtain their degrees through a partnership with the schools. While you can attend a physical location, TA only covers the cost of the course and nothing more. I go to Liberty and you are required to fill out a FAFSA before each academic year.

I’m thinking about Green to Gold active duty option, so if I could find a school that can cover the cost of courses not using GI Bill, I would be very happy....

Yes it is. Based on what I know, AMU is not regionally accredited though.
