Anyone been diagnosed with a torqued spine and Scoliosis? How did you manage the pain and were you able to avoid MEB?

I had all sorts of problems with my back (cracked vertebrae, mild scoliosis, severe muscle spasms). What I found that helped was Yoga and pilates. Both strengthen the core more than just crunches do. Since I started doing that, I have had very, very few problems. Mostly when I lay off for a few days...
