Anyone do the free gym membership for the YMCA for Active Duty?

Saw an ad the other day for free AD memberships at the YMCA. We called 2 locations to get more info and both gave us different info and we're not confident in there answers.

Best to leave it at that, YMCA will interpret their welcome to persons as they see fit, case by case.

Go on line to YMCA- different folks mange each location, and they may not be up to speed.

I didn't know the Y had a free membership. I did enjoy the Y with my family in Clarksville, TN. Even if you pay for the membership, it's worth it IMO.
