Anyone else having issues with DPS?

I can't login to DPS, cac doesn't work, even with a valid, confirmed password it won't let me login. Help desk keeps telling me to reset password, now it's not even sending the email for a reset code. Supposed to PC's in less than a month oconus, and all the offices on post are shut down due to covid. I'm getting seriously stressed out. Anyone having similar issues, or know of something stupid like "did you try plugging it in" that I'm probably missing?
