Anyone have a BVA hearing via video ? Im having one in less than a month and need advice for the hearing!

I have attended a face to face as a witness for a battle of mine but they were also represented by the VFW.

Yes thanks Mark looking for more soecific advice as to what I need to do I cant depend on a rep ive been in this battle 10 years but of course they only say its a few years back however i have all the papers going back!

If you set on going it alone, be specific. Tell how these health issues have impacted your life and the people around you. If asked a question answer with as much detail as you can and if possible mention specific documents that have been provided. The biggest thing, keep a level head, don't let it become personal with the person on the monitor. If you need to take a break ask for one instead of lashing out. I hope it goes well for you. If I can be of any more help let me know. I am a Vet too and I had a difficult claim that took many years to settle. I would love nothing more then to see you get what you deserve and earned.

SGT Mark Stevens - Not as of yet! My SO I worked with retired due to his personal injuries sustained becoming worse im in Rio Grande Valley edge of US where not only our culture of the USA but as well all assist takes a back door to Mexico and their culture! Did t realize this when I settled here!

My hearing is a face to face with the Judge. I am scared that I may stress myself out to the point my mental health issues may shoow up and damage my case.
