SGT (Join to see) - it's the thought that counts, right? I didn't say it was brilliant but it gives you another topic to search for with sleep. How much sleep is needed to influence testosterone?

Sleep is the ultimate cure for all things that ails you (its the time your body makes its major repair), and increasing test levels is no exception. Nevertheless, that only work for guy that have mild occasional low test levels, not chronically low. Once they reach that point no amount of pill or potions, or stress relief, or wellness, or sleep will help. TRT becomes the only solution.

yes sir, but I hear it's better than the alternative! Have you ever considered "low T" therapy? I didn't know anything about it until a retiree was talking for it at the gym one day. Said it was the best thing ever! I'm not sure looking at the cons so I'm always on the lookout for alternative treatments.

As a matter of fact, I've been researching this very subject for the past couple of years due to my own declining test level. In some guys its just a question of improving health, in others, it can be a matter of life or death. Low test over time can significantly shorten your life.
